Lacey Clark, Principal at Seattle Financial, a hiring and talent acquisition service.Lacey Clark, principal recruiter at Seattle staffing agency, with family in outdoors

Lacey has been recruiting for over 20 years, hiring at all levels and in multiple industries. She is the owner of NW Recruiting Partners and manages the recruiting and sales teams. Her background includes time at Amazon, Lucent, and a startup company: Terabeam. She has successfully recruited for many sectors, including construction, accounting, financial, real estate, aerospace, high-tech and manufacturing.

After growing up in Idaho, she moved to Seattle when she was 21, started her career at a staffing agency, and within a few years she moved to in-house recruiting. While recruiting was always a passion, she built on her sales expertise and expanded into real estate for several years. Now back to her recruiting roots for almost a decade, Lacey loves the challenge of playing matchmaker for companies and professionals. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her daughter, doing yoga, running, boating, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
