Accounting Support Responsibilities:

  • Aid in daily financial tasks, such as recording transactions and verifying invoice accuracy.
  • Input financial data accurately into accounting software or records.
  • Process, review, and issue vendor payments with proper approval and coding.
  • Assist in invoicing, tracking invoices, and following up on overdue payments.
  • Ensure accurate bank and credit card statement matching.
  • Generate essential reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Monitor expenses, maintaining budget compliance.
  • Organize and update financial records, adhering to retention policies.
  • Aid in adhering to accounting standards, tax rules, and internal controls.

Accounting Support Qualifications:
