After founding NW Recruiting Partners in 2014, Lacey Clark was interested in working in recruiting verticals other than real estate and construction. With a career in recruiting and staffing, from small businesses to large-scale corporate organizations, Lacey understood the complexity and opportunity of working in different markets. In 2016, the Team expanded into a new-to-them industry by becoming accounting and finance recruiters with the purchase of Seattle Financial Staffing.

Experienced founder adds financial recruiting in Seattle to her offerings. As Principal of both Seattle Financial Staffing and NW Recruiting Partners, Lacey and her team bring 20+ years of experience delivering solutions at all stages of the hiring funnel. With expertise across multiple industry verticals, she has a career-leading team in the accounting/financial, real estate, construction, and manufacturing industries. With the acquisition of Seattle Financial, they have brought skills and expertise that are second-to-none among Seattle accounting and finance recruitment agencies.
